How can I purchase your work?
The only place to buy any of my Elemental Art pieces is from my website ~backwoodsmagickstudio.com~ when I have work available.
How often do you release collections?
My intention is to release a new collection every couple of weeks but really will depend on the store’s current work load.
I keep future release dates/times on my website header and in my Instagram bio.
How much will pottery pieces cost?
I do not determine the prices of my work until the very end of production when I see the finished piece.
Do you offer custom work?
Sorry, not at this time.
Do you offer payment plan options?
Yes! I currently offer one payment plan option:
Shop Pay Installments- If you already have Shop Pay set up, you’ll have the option to pay the order in full or in four payments. There are no additional charges, interest fees or late fees. This method will not affect your credit score.
Where are you based?
On the east coast of the United States in Alabama.
Shipping
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the weight of the item. Please make sure you purchase insurance when ordering in case your package is damaged or lost. It is your responsibility to submit a claim through USPS and I am not responsible for damaged packages. Once the package leaves my studio, I no longer have control on shipping or how the carrier handles customers packages.
Note**I am not responsible for paying import duties or taxes. This is an extra cost you will need to prepare for- the more expensive the order, the more these charges will be.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority which takes 1-3 business days to be delivered domestically. I pack and ship out orders within 14 business days but sometimes a lot sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship to Canada and United States
Returns
All orders are final sale so I do not accept returns.
Care
Ceramics can last lifetimes if cared for with love! I always recommend gently hand washing immediately after use. I advise avoiding the microwave, though any pieces *without gold or pearlescent glaze* are microwave safe if you must use one.
Tips For Shopping on Releases
Join my email list!
If you haven’t signed up for emails on my website list, there is a much lower chance you will be able to grab the piece you want. You must be on my email list to stay updated on when future work is being released and to be notified as soon as it's available.
You must complete the *entire* checkout process in order to secure your piece(s).
